Arthur Hughes (27 ianuarie 1832 – 22 decembrie 1915) a fost un pictor si ilustrator pre-rafaelit englez, unchiul pictorului englez Edward Robert Hughes.

Hughes s-a nascut in Londra. Cele mai renumite picturi ale lui sunt „April Love” si „The Long Engagement”, s-a inspirat din stilul lui John Everett Millais.

Hughes a murit in Kew Green, Londra, lasand aproximativ 700 picturi si desene, precum si peste 750 ilustratii.
