Frans Pourbus the Younger„Frans II” (1569–1622) a fost un pictor flamand, fiul lui Frans Pourbus the Elder si nepotul lui Pieter Pourbus. S-a nascut in Antwerp si a murit in Paris.

Pourbus a pictat pentru multi dintre cei mai influenti oameni ai vremii, inclusiv pentru regentii de origine spaniola din Bruxelles, ducele de Mantua si Marie de’ Medici, regina Frantei. Lucrarile lui se gasesc in muzeele Luvru, Prado, Rijksmuseum,  Royal College of Art,  Metropolitan Museum of Art si multe alte muzee.
