Elin Danielson-Gambogi (3 septembrie 1861 – 31 decembrie 1919) a fost o pictorita finlandeza cunoscuta pentru lucrarile realiste si potrete. Danielson-Gambogi a facut parte din prima generatie de femei artiste cu educatie profesionala in arta, asa numita  generatie a surorilor pictorite din care faceau parte si artisti ca Helene Schjerfbeck. Elin Danielson-Gambogi s-a nascut in Noormarkku, un satuc de pescari de langa orasul Pori din vestul Finlandei. La varsta de 15 ani s-a mutat la Helsinki unde a inceput sa studieze arta la Academia de   Arte  Frumoase. In 1883 Danielson-Gambogi a plecat la Paris pentru a lua lectii de arta la Académie Colarossi, iar in perioada verii picta in Bretania. Dupa cativa ani s-a intors in Finlanda unde a locuit impreuna cu rdele sale in Noormarkku si Pori. In 1888 si-a deschis un atelier in Noormarkku. Intre 1880 si 1890 Danielson-Gambogi a lucrat si ca profesoara in cateva scoli de arta din Finlanda. In 1895 a primit o bursa si a plecat in Italia la Florenta. Un  an mai tarziu Danielson-Gambogi s-a mutat in localitatea Antignano si s-a casatorit cu pictorul italian Rafaello Gambogi (1874–1943). Amandoi au avut expozitii in Paris, Florenta si Milano, precum si in orase din Finlanda.Cei doi au participat cu lucrari si la Expoziția Universală din Paris.

Elin Danielson-Gambogi a murit de pneumonie in Antagnano si a fost inmormantata  in Livorno.
